Had the service manager call me because I was mad when I left. What I made the appointment for I did not get. I can crank my own motor and drive it down the road and if at that time do not hear a popping noise why should I bring it to you. I asked to have it broke down and check my suspension, did not happen. My tires were replaced at this dealership so I was trying to prevent possible bad wear. Does not make the sound all the time just started periodically making this noise. I was offered to bring it back but I came to this dealership to that morning so I could spend the afternoon with my daughter who drive in to see me from Tampa headed to Austin, leaving before daylight the next day. I was warned not to take my truck to the Cleveland dealership because every time my neighbor went it was always a redo just like what happened to me, I was going to have to sit through this again. My time is very value to me and I expect the respect that is due. The lady Alexander the advisor who took my appointment and concerns acted once I arrived and asked for her that I was bothering her. No friendly greeting of any kind! I was rushed out due to laziness to help me. I buy a new truck every three years and it’s time to trade. With this kind of service why would I not receive the same from all departments? My truck has not been seen at this time with a full warranty to cover all charges. I took a card from a salesman a couple months ago to buy from Martin. Appears I will be going back to Buckalew. The times I depend on my local dealership to earn my trust I am failed again.
