You advertise 30 minute oil changes. Yet mine took 1 1/2 HOURS!!!!!
The actual service was accomplished in a timely manner, however it took 30 minutes to get the paperwork to the cashier so i could pay and leave. During that 30 minutes i asked 2 service writers when the paperwork would be completed so i could pay for the service and leave. There was no sense of urgency from either person i spoke to. It was not until my truck was brought to the service driveway that i was able to get anyone interested in helping me. One hour and twenty minutes to be serviced and an additional 30 minutes to get the paperwork to the cashier. A service failure in my eyes.

Ruben Lopez is a 10 plus service representative. He always goes out of his way to make sure I get the best service on my vehicle in the fastest time possible. Being very personable by nature, he also looked after my welfare and checked on me during my visit to make sure I was comfortable and secure. He also periodically gave me updates in person about the status of my repair. Lastly, he took the time to go over my vehicle report with me and gave me honest advice about needed maintenance. Please commend this outstanding individual.

they did the work on my car, but then another problem appeared, my door command to save the position of the seat, radio and mirrors no longer work! and they even wanted to charge me for the service!

Matthew did a great job keeping me up to date on status & I was very pleased with his customer service. This was my 1st visit to your dealership. Your service department seems very slow compared to my previous dealership in Dallas. Not sure if it’s due to the pandemic or this is normal operations but 7 days seems like a really long time to replace a TCM.
