Trevor was not my service rep. I can't recall his name right now but he was a tremendous improvement from Taylor Welk. I appreciate that your service department washed my vehicle and wiped down my dash and cleaned my mats. This most recent experience was much better. This experience is what I have come to expect from Schulte.
