My vehicle was “forgotten” about. It wasn’t until I asked about it’s status (over an hour later) that it was checked on, annd brought into the garage, and the 5K mile maintenance was completed in less than 15 minutes.
I understand that people make mistakes, but really!?!
No compensation/ apology was made considering the ample waste of my time.
Other than that, the staff overall was extremely friendly.
He went above and beyond by continuing to try to find out what was wrong with my car. He could have just accepted what the mechanic said and I could have paid a big bill. I’m very thankful he went back himself to make sure they checked everything, twice! On the 2nd time they found the problem.

Brandt is great to work with. He is on good what needs to be done . The driver was nice as well as he brought me to and back to my home while the work was being done.

I did notice many customers having trouble resetting their dashes after their service. I think putting the dash settings back to the way they found them would help. Other than that keep up the good work.
