Michael was great, but I didn't appreciate having to bring my car in a second time in 2 weeks, both for 3+ hours. I don't understand why this issue wasn't resolved the last time I came in.

They didn't check my air pressure in my tires and when I got home I had to put air in my tires. I understand that it was busy but I had already wIted 2 hrs what's a few more minutes. They also use to detail the car when you came in for service I guess that to bad that doesn't happen anymore.

I do not know who Jacob Merrick is. I just bought my Toyota Saturday so I’m not really interested on a trade-in appraisa, but thanks anyway. The only people I interacted with were Emily and Bethany. And I give them both the highest marks.

Paid a lot of extra money for piece of mind that my vehicle is good to go but now i dont have that. Wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience to show responsibility for such a mechanically rookie mistake that could have ended up being a major problem had i been just an unknowing joe shmoe. Unfortunately for Evan he's the one that got the phone call. There's no way in good conscience i can say anything satisfactory about my experience for the amount of money and inconvenience i went through. I won't be returning my vehicles to legends Toyota. This was my first time there by the way

I thought Kyle was very thorough and explained everything. I did also have my car detailed and sat there from 1-4:50 and no one came out to tell me my four runner was completed. That was frustrating. Kyle did let me know he was leaving and they would let me know. But the detail person didn't tell me and had left. Thought that the time frame I had to wait for a 1:00 appointment for oil change over an hour was unreasonable. But I needed it and waited, then I was happy to get my car detailed, but thought they should have come to tell me it was done.
