I came in with a broken camera. Waited 2.5 hours to find out it couldn’t be fixed (and was never proactively provided an update on my car during this time). Then when my car was returned from service to me no one told me the car was not fixed, I had to ask. Then I was told to go back home and get a new camera, but my car was under warranty with Honda. My issue is I feel the gentleman that spoke with me (not the one at the front desk) was very dismissive, did not even look to see if my car was under warranty(which it was) and was not going to inform me of the issue. I am not sure if this was because I am a woman or because I just drive a civic. But this is my fourth Honda and was disappointed by the customer service I experienced.
Brand new to Honda and dealership, lots of nice and genuine people work here. I’ll be recommending!!
