This is the first time I’ve ever gotten a video tour of my vehicle and was really glad. It seemed more thorough than in the past when I would just drop off my vehicle pick it up and drive off.

Everyone I came in contact was kind and helpful in every way, giving me a sense of ease, knowing that I had come to the right place to have my van repaired. My wife has MS and I can't afford to be stranded with her in the vehicle because she can no longer walk so this was very important to have our van running in tip top shape and that is what you delivered. My RAV is handling better and more smoothly since the alignment. New tires were the reason for the service. So thanks for the skilled mechanic work! However, something has changed in your “front of the house” culture or they were having a bad day, or is there a new manager of service staff? Please train your public-facing staff to greet customers, adopt a friendly and helpful attitude and just please behave in a mature, courteous and professional manner. Thanks.

Don and Jon were life savers. My dad passed away and he normally worked on my car with repairs. I don’t trust no one with my car. Thank you both for fixing my 2015 Toyota Camry. I will be back soon for another repair. Tire rotation/balancing.

Two hours, forty minutes for an oil change on a not busy Tuesday is ridiculous. Won't be back. I've done my own oil changes until I turned 60, never took me more than 30 minutes. You have work to do.
