Prices are WAY to high. Plus, I went elsewhere and got told I did not need rotors, but I did need 1 caliper. Both opposite of you guys. And the price was hundreds of dollars less. Very unhappy.

Everything went alright with our vehicle. The gentleman that waited on us was new and didn't know about our van should have been out on the rack since it was a acessessibility van. I guess he didn't know about that. Our waiting time could have been shorter. Over a 2 hour wait for an oil change and cabin filter

No one likes to spend money on repairs, but we feel the work will be of the highest quality for our travels.
The pressure in the tire that was repaired is lower after the repair than before (it was at 37). They should be at 42 psi; however, it is now at 30 psi. I would like to have the issue addressed and resolved, please.
My tires were not pumped, and I would have thought that for as much as I paid, they would have been. A local garage I often use includes air in the tires and charges a lot less.

This is the second time I have brought my vehicle in because the liftgate isn’t working properly. I paid for diagnostic and fix in May. It’s now doing the same exact thing and I had to pay another diagnostic fee but you guys aren’t finding a solution to the problem. I keep paying for a “temporary” fix. I most upset that I had to pay another diagnostic fee.
Connor is a very competent and professional service advisor. He was polite and courteous. I was very happy with the work done on my vehicle.

My service experience with Pyay Thu deserves a 5 star rating. Actually I give him a 10 star rating. He was very very helpful and patient with all my questions about my Toyota RAV4 2023. He even took the time to show me how to use the features on my dash, etc.. which I was having trouble understanding. He also gave me his card with contact no.s if I needed further explanations. At this point I look at John Geiger the way I look at my financial adviser or doctor... that is to say someone I have a personal relationship with and that I believe has my family's best interest in mind. A person who isn't looking to make a quick buck but rather cultivates a long term relationship recognizing it will pay dividends long into the future.
