I’ve had my appointment on 11/02/2022 @1pm and last I’ve heard from Laura Buick about issues that needs fixed that’s under cna warranty was on 11/09/2022 so truck is still @ Laura Buick still have no clue to what the status is on truck that was brought in on 11/02/2022 have emailed several times and still no answer about status of what’s going on only thing on 11/09/2022 was worried about when the rental vehicle would be returned well it will be returned whenever truck that was brought in to get fixed is done ! I called cna warranty to double check on what is covered and all issues that it was brought in for is ALL covered under that so not very happy with services to take back there for ANY repairs so I only can email that I try and check couple times during a day because of my work schedule email

I thank you for excellent service I received on my vehicle, and the excellent loaner Vehicle I was able to use.But the what happened when I returned it was very unpleasant. I had you vehicle from the 31 of last month to the 22. There were days I didn't even drive and very fuel miles on. When I picked it up the youg man that issued it to me pointed out only 1 small spot on it. When it turned it there 4 small dents on the hood. O took theyoun persons word on it. Now Sir let me give some ofmu back ground. I am a 27 yr. retired Plice office and I parked the vehicle where it would have well protected. And you can look at my Vehicle and see the care that I take of it. I tried to talk to the young man that I returned it too, and said that maybe it was missed when it was inspected as the vehicle is a very dark Blue abd could have been missed. And the way he told THAT HIS MEN DID NOT MISS ANYTHING AND THAT IT HAD TO HAVE HAPPENED WHILE I WAS DRIVING IT. I do not liar and would never do that and do not appreciate his insinuations that I did. you can even ask Kin Shaw the type of man I seen to be.Now my insurance will take care of it, but I will pay for it myself.I know what large Dealership you have abd I'm not asking for any special treatment.But I did not do this I take better care of my vehicles, I sure did not like the way I was treated. I will like I said take care of it, but that will be the last. Thank you letting me get this off my chest. Just let me know you decision. Thank You Roy R. Patterson
