Horrible service at reception(whoever answers main number) I was literally hung up on over 8 times. I could hear the lady chatting in the background etc. bad communication. Over a week to get a call after so many calls. In addition to the bad service, overpriced fro same repairs as other dealership. I purchased the vehicle new there and was going to trade it in to buy a new one but instead decided to take my business elsewhere
I had a 9:30 appointment (which took 2 weeks to get) and showed up at 9:12. I didn’t get checked in until 9:50 and my car was not completed until 12:04.
I was then late for my appointment. A 10,000 mile service should never take around 3 hours. That is unacceptable. What is the purpose of an appointment? I may need to look at other Audi dealers for future service.

I have not complained about my issues for years but I have had enough Gerald does a Fantastic job after that your service department scores an F with me. Every time I pick up my car all of the settings have been changed. Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder would easily clean a car much better than your crew. I don’t hesitate to spend the money to buy an Audi and I go the extra mile to keep it serviced, clean and waxed only to have it returned to me in an unacceptable condition . It may be time to consider another dealer
Micah is great, prompt, and knowledgeable. Helped me with a reference to the Audi tire center, and made sure I got out from the waiting area (my first time waiting) on time to meet an appointment
