Had a standard oil change...fast and excellent service/communication. Most dealerships will try to nickel and dime you and tell you what needs looked at or what else needs repaired. Not these guys. When they gave me the receipt they said everything looked "excellent" and nothing needed tended to. This was the first time I've taken my car in for an oil change and wasn't dang near harassed to let them fix something else. Champion Ford is the bee's knees

I don't appreciate being hounded multible times to pay my bill before I even pick up my vehicle. Insisting that I pay a $144 bill online or by phone before the month ends when the vehicle was fixed on the 30th is ludicrous. I've been a long time customer and have always paid my bill. I've bought 3 new vehicles from Champion and always have them serviced there. In fact, I just spent $1600 on Saturday for repairs on my wifes car.

Should have been offered an invoice and not just a total over the phone, which they didn'teven have right the first 2 times they called to tell me it. As a customer, an invoice is not something I should have to ask for. Still don't know how you charge over $350 to diagnose a bad battery and replace it.... I also don't know how the entire total before warranty coverage was even over $850 for a battery and starter replacement. Also, had to tell your business 2 or 3 times that I had the Ethos warranty in order to even have it ran through them. Lastly, the fact that you essentially hold a person's vehicle hostage until they can pay whatever amount you say they owe is ridiculous. What if that was my only vehicle and only way to make the money to pay you?? How would that work??? I will NEVER recommend your service shop to anyone ever!!!

Unexpectedly Ryan worked my expedition in for an oil change Saturday, Aug 26. Additionally he produced a loaner vehicle so that our family could continue running errands during their oil change which was scheduled 30 min prior to mine. Exceptional service and courtesy. Thank you Champion Ford!
