Errol was phenomenal! He is the ultimate example of great customer service. He was very caring to show me where to get a bite to eat since I hadn't had lunch yet...while I wait for my car and even offered a cold beverage. He went another step to ask if I wanted my car washed after it was done serviced. He also came to find me to update me on my car's progress. I have been at this service dept. a few times but the first with such care by Errol!! Errol is the kind of person that makes you feel important and cared for. Loved the experience with Errol....so awesome!!

Needed a loaner car but never got one. Infact I never have any time. The guys working with me this time were fine but overall, Honolulu Jag dealership is the worst I've ever been too. Unfortunately this is the only one on island so I dont have a choice to choose another. Been serviced there many times over the past 3 yrs.. Terrible! Over priced, take extremly too long to service vehicles and always have to wait for parts from the mainland ....

It took me a month before I could get my car to get serviced. Totally under staffed!! They took so long they had to give me a loaner car for free because they took so long with the service. Completely terrible service- not a single phone call to update me while my car sat in the department.
