I AM STILL CLEANING CAR OF BROKEN REAR GLASS OF MY CAR.
THE PAINT JOB ON THE DOOR KNOBS WERE NOT COMPLETE in the paint FOR THE SECOND TIME. I EXPRESSLY POINTED THAT OUT EACH TIME I CAME FOR OTHER JOBS NOT COMPLETED.
Missing 2 tire pressure caps, after taking the car for service. I called and adviser not available, left a message and haven’t gotten a call back. The tire pressure caps were customized w a Batman symbol.
I’m very happy with Eddie. He really is a pretty good at what’s he doing, he already know what my car needs, whats needs in future and what’s the best for the car. I’m very happy he is in the team. We need more like him at the Toyota.
Did like his additives when a question was ask bad experience not planning to return????

Today I took my car for an oil change, like I have done for the last 3 years I was told that the blot for the oil pan treated was coming out with the bolt, what it to change me a lot of money to fix it that's the mechanics responsibility for over torqued that bolt with impact guns After some talking they decided to put a helicoil!!! But I feel that is a temporary fix!!!!!

Every time I take my car to give it maintenance, they complete every liquid that it needs to be at the maximum this time it did not happen, I don't know why

Had a call soon after I left dealership and the call has lots of static and I could not understand the woman. Asked her to call back and no one did. It was probably the trade in call. That, in my opinion, is annoying and unnecessary to me. If you could put that in my record not to call for that reason. Thank you. Xavier is professional and friendly. Glad he has been my customer service rep.
