There was a bulletin on the car that the technicians should have found the first time we brought it in. A lot of time and expense could have been avoided. Len is a good service rep. Thank you for finally fixing the vehicle and reuniting it with us (tomorrow) hopefully.

Been coming here since 2020 and the service has fallen off the charts! Service rep consistently lied, wouldn't call back when he said he would and on and in with the blatant disregard for paying customers. Words cannot express our frustration and disappointment of how “Lynn” treated us. Btw, I never give horrible reviews but this was that bad! Had to deal with Doug to get my car repaired.

Your service writer kept me up to date on the progress of my appointment as other things needed to be done other than routine service, I had a few recalls. Your warranty employee, Allison, was very helpful and very friendly.

John and Jason in the service department were great to work with. My concerns were heard and each of them went above-and-beyond to ensure good communication throughout the process. My Yukon is running better than it has in the last four years thanks to the service team at Conley.
