Service was fine and the staff was nice but having to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change was a bit crazy. Hoping this was just a busy Saturday and not the way it usually is. It was also my first maintenance appt since buying my car.
I appreciate the fast and friendly service. Raymond kept me informed and updated with the status of the repairs.
Ryan was great, he was always available, and very helpful. He made everything easy, was very candid and went above and beyond.

While I was there, I asked about some warranty work on a paint defect. He agreed that the paint was messed up. He said I would have to bring it back to the dealer I got the car from to have them work the issue. I bought the original 2018 red Kia stinger gt2 car from you. It was the 1st one you sold I believe. I also bought a Sorrento from you.. The red 2018 was lemon lawed and although I would have preferred to get the replacement from you, I had to go to Orlando to get the 2020 orange gt2 replacement.
I would imagine any Kia dealership should be able to handle a paint warranty issue. I am not driving back to Orlando. I will use touch up.or go up to Wesley Chapel (which is closer and has a paint shop) to see if they can work the issue. Service was fine as always but thought it was a little odd-that you couldn’t handle the issue.
