Kim is just the best. Always courteous, knowledgeable and willing to accommodate. Both Bev Smith and Kim are my go tos. Toyota has always been a great vehicle and my 2003, 2008 and 2014 Highlanders have given me the best vehicle for service and reliability. I hate the thought of getting rid of my 2014, especially at 100,000 miles still rides like a charm and looks good

Hi Alison, Customer Relations Manager Bev Smith Toyota About my opinion in my satisfaction with the service provided by Heaven Marie Flores, I can only say "wow" I think this is my 3rd visit and it will not be the last, you have something much more important than a "car brand" you have the human resource that can be the envy and the difference between all the vehicle Dillers of the country, has the human talent that makes the difference and exceeds all the requirements that a client may deserve. I want to state for the record that the brand of the first vehicle that I remember from childhood is "Toyota." My grandfather had a Toyota Hilux, I think it was in 77, I'm not sure, I was born in 1072, I have photos where I am standing on the tone of that car. that today in 2024 it still continues to work every day and without problems, so I think they should give importance to my humble opinion as a client who was born in a Family that prefers this brand and that today continues to drive with pride a Toyota. Previously I also told you how pleased and happy I feel for the service provided by Heaven Marie Flores and with all my heart I hope that she is given the recognition that she really deserves, I think she deserves it because she is the one who always shows her happy face and very gentle and kind and above all, she always resolves and serves us like kings. We will continue to be hers, hers, her clients and all thanks to her and the brand that identifies my Family, we are Toyota Customers, we are Happy Customers.

HVe not. Seen it. Driven it - For over 2 months I keep waiting for parts dept and repairs. ~ I ask for invoice never got one I ask if I have a new tires, and was a balanced and wash my car aligned The insurance said they would cover all repairs and balancing and alignment. I don’t even know if that was ever done because I cannot see an invoice on what was done would you kindly send me what was done on my car my email or my text messages off-line. Please let me know what is going on what is not going on
