I couldn’t be more dissatisfied for one after paying $4000 you guys scratched my car I’m missing a piece to the Jack were the Jack girls in the left front side side panel below the driver store my remote doesn’t work worth of **** it doesn’t lock my doors it doesn’t open my trunk my push to start doesn’t work on my shifter I feel like I was totally taking a vantage of and for $4000 you guys couldn’t even wash the car you left greasy fingerprints on the interior and couldn’t even put my center consul back together I took it apart for you guys to cause less work but you charge me full price and you couldn’t even put it back together

Nicolas Vigil did his best with the limited staff he has to work with. When I first arrived to drop my car off, no one greeted me. I went into the service office and no one greeted me there also. I even held the door open for one of the ladies who worked behind one of the larger desks. She said "thanks" for holding the door open but she did not follow up with any assistance even though she clearly saw me pull up. She continued with some conversation with a fellow employee behind the same desk who also did not greet me or offer assistance. I basically had to interrupt and ask for assistance. I finally was led to Nicolas who was clearly overwhelmed with clients. He was still on a call when I was brought to him. Picking up my car was about the same.
Difficult to get call back when leaving messages with the service desk. Once connected w service advisor things were great
I went to your dealership/service department hoping to fix the issue with my newly purchased 2022 GLC 300-a month old purchased. According to the service dept, they replaced the battery. But, the same issue is still there…’partially charged’. I drove it for sometime as suggested. Same thing.
Here’s hoping that the issue with my newly purchased GLC 300 will be fix. Frustrating!
