Great service on vehicle. I used Scott Robinson a few times for motor service and once for body shop both great. However, the person that writes down what you are there for in the morning (first come first served) needs to record correct information. I waited from 8 am until 10 not hearing anything about my car. I was informed they would call or text me. I went up to the receptionist and asked. She told me they had the wrong phone number for me. Once I gave the correct number my car was available.

I appreciated the services from this dealership. Also shout out to Cesar for keeping me updated about the status of my vehicle the whole time and the mechanics who tried everything they could think of in order to help me with my situation. Greatly appreciated!! 10/10 would recommend

The customer service here is consistently poor. They lack any communication skills, never follow up on updates on my vehicle (until multiple attempts to contact them on my part), and the manager that oversees the sales team on two separate accounts has been rude and unprofessional. I even reached out to Chrysler’s customer service and they weren’t able to do anything effective for me because they couldn’t get a response from the dealership. There was only one person , Randy (the supervisor in Parts), that went above and beyond to get the part I needed in one day (after I reached out and pressed to get an out of stock part after already waiting 3 weeks for it just to find out it never came in and over 3,000 customers were waiting for the same part). Overall, I am just continually disappointed in this dealership and have been let down over and over again.

Dropped my truck off to have airbag inflators replaced under manufacturers recall program - one inside dashboard. Small stuff - no shuttle available at 8 AM -now recall no so free.m, also while appointment was set many days in advance -one of the parts not in stock on the day- extra day was needed.Now for the big stuff - upon pickup - loud clicking noice inside dashboard - not present when dropped off ( or ever before). Fast forward - dealership’s service manager shared with me that amazing “coincidence “ of a brand new malfunction under the very same dashboard the recall was just performed is something that quite a usual occurrence- and they would be ready to repair it for close to $500. (Also recommended - transmission flush- good old scam to May cause many older transactions fail shortly thereafter - subject of 60 minutes report some years ago.) Back to my new under dash “gunmachine” like clicking that no one observed when brought in - yet “coincidentally” appearing on the day after my dashboard was open - under same logic I could have told my vehicle developed virtually any defect not manifesting at check in yet coincidentally discovered by dealership proposing to fix it for $$$$$. I find this to be blatant and outrageous abuse of customers trust - I know it was of mine and this dealer will never see any of my vehicles again.

Didn't clean the oils off anything, including what they handled. Didn't reinstall the right wheel speed sensor correctly. Didn't wash vehicle.

Not too good. My car was done several hours while I was waiting for it. the representative knew I was waiting after 5 hours I approached him and asking if my car was done he informed me that my car had been done several hours ago. I told him that no one had call me so he said that he was going to get the paperwork but by the time he came back the cashier person has gone to lunch at that point I was already tired so proceed to check me out he game me the receipt and called over the radio to bring my car out. While I was waiting for my car I saw an attendant bringing a car like mine and got off the car and walked away so I went over to see if that was my vehicle and it was. I waited for 10 mins to make sure I was good to leave but no one came. I returned to look for the person that help me and he was also gone. They also left all the paperwork on the car so I wasn’t sure if everything was done.

I never spoke to Betsy. I received 1 or 2 text messages. But when I picked up my car from an oil change, air filters, and windshield wipers, i cleaned the windshield. One of the jets for the wiper liquid didn't spray any liquid. So it was never checked properly and I had to go back to take care of it on a different day. I hate having my time wasted. But Brian, the service manager, made good on it. He is always awesome. I am satisfied with the service in the end. But if Betsy had done her job properly, the story could have ended there. And I could have given her a good rating.
