Compared to the ford dealership from which I purchased my F150, North County Ford is not as good. The problem with my user interface continues. And despite it being a simple thing, there wasn’t even an offer to wash the truck after the service. The service light on my dash continues to illuminate after the service. Some of these are simple things and you guys missed them.
I had made an appointment (on line) for 4 things. Two things were mechanic related and were done, but the other two did not get done...a car wash and an issue in my cargo space with my spare tire not fitting when put away and a plastic piece that came off of seat. I had to go back in and a service guy walked out to help me fix the things in cargo space. Car was still filthy dirty and told them it wasn't done but they just said yes, we can do that (another appointment), like we hadn't even talked about it when I arrived. ?? I'm not sure what the miscommunication was? I took the day off work to sit there for four hours and left pretty dissapointed. I will have to reschedule a car wash or just go elsewhere to get it done.

Service took 3 days with no good communication, expensive, no details provided on any issues. There’s no reason it should’ve taken 3 full days to resolve the issues with my vehicle.

Robert did a fine job in keeping posted on my vehicle. He listen to my concerns about not damaging my wheels and lug nuts when having my tires rotated.

After spending $2,000+ on the service of my vehicle, it would have been nice to have had it run it through the wash. The car was dirtier than when I brought it in.
