Jonathan was great, very professional and I was pleasantly surprised by him actually explaining what’s covered under the prepaid plan I have on my car service. I was going in expecting to pay for some parts that I preferred to do the job on my own due to not wanting to pay for something I can do myself. That’s the best service I have received ever since I’ve been going to Lexus service of Westminster. Nobody has ever taken the time to explain what will be done to my car. I usually just go in and everybody else is simple and fast with short answers, like if they know more than the customers and and we have to just do what they offer. Others don’t even explain anything in detail plus they don’t offer anything else when it comes to options. Jonathan even explained to me that I have used all my services from my pre paid plan. I had no idea. Jonathan looks like he enjoys his job and that’s something I appreciate seeing from an employee. He looked awake and energetic. Not like others that look tired and make it seem like they’re having a horrible time working there. Many thanks to Lexus of Westminster for the great service your employee Jonathan provided.
