He seemed preoccupied, and not interested or concerned with my issues. He showed no empathy for the fact that the costs were exorbitantly high.

Scratches and marks on the trunk that were not there prior to ceramic coating service. One area on the trunk appears to have inadequate application of wax or sealant. Please note that this service is the first time the car has been detailed since purchased in September 2023.
