They couldn’t find any problem with the vehicle even though it is an intermittent severe shake to the left front which could be dangerous. Not Alejandro s fault since he doesn’t perform the work but disappointed with the front end team. I will have to go elsewhere now

Antonio is a 5 star class act. I enjoyed working him to resolve the issues with the car and the needed services. Carlos provided shuttle service twice and is a friendly, polite guy. He also provided 5 star service.
Service recall was done fast but when I called service advisor for a shuttle he said the driver was off for a couple of days so I took an Uber and when I arrived the shuttle driver was there on site I’m all for honesty and service advisor lost all credibility with me

I requested a flushing of the transmission which couldn't be done because it may cause gear slippage caused be new fluid. Since you performed most routine maintenance on my vehicle, had this been performed routinely in the years I've taken my vehicle in for maintenance in the past, this wouldn't have been a problem. Otherwise the rest of the maintenance completed is hopefully satisfactory.
The old battery was suppose to be in the back seat and unfortunately was not there. Can I still pick it up? Thank you, Chris
