Upon dropping off my vehicle I asked to have it washed, when I got there the next day it had not been, so I had to wait again. The service here is really not good.

Ram corporate told the tech (who I do not fault at all) to tell me to use the funnel that came with the truck for gas can fill ups, when I'm actually at a gas station to fill the truck.
To attach the white funnel between the truck and the gas pump nozzle.
There is NO way for someone to do this without putting themselves at risk.
The funnel is not flat at the end the pump would go up to it. So, you have to pull back the rubber cover on the gas pump so it thinks it's up against something flat before working.
Then, you have to put that gas pump tip in the funnel you have already inserted in the truck filler hole.
Then, as gas is flowing in, when the gas gets near full, there is no way for the pump to know that to shut it off as you're already tricking it to work, while balancing the pump in the funnel and holding back the rubber cover around the nozzle just so.
Therefore, gas flies back out through the funnel, all over you, the truck etc causing hazards.
And, that is Ram corporate’s idea of a solution currently.
I still smell like fuel, two showers later today.
My problem was not diagnosed correctly initially, and I am still looking into how to resolve the problem cost efficiently. Alex has done a great job working with me to solve the problem.
We experience a problem, totally unexpectedly; called the dealership and were encouraged to come in Saturday. The problem was addressed within an more than acceptable period of time and Alejandro kept us totally informed. Grateful for the service.

No communication from service team until car was done. I asked they brief me on what needed to be done. Requested a manager call me and one never did. Your service reviews reflect how you take care of the customer. I would start reading them to understand how your are perceived in the community.
Quick and efficient was a lot faster than I expected. Oil change tire inflate to pressure and rotate as well as reset oil light in dash. Very pleased.

Alex and Pat are truly amazing, follow up, knowledge, professional, honest, personal attention is superb..could not ask for a better service manager or service tech...I just wish the steering wheel play will get fixed..just waiting for ok from Chrysler for a possible steering box...I believe is what might remedy the issue...thank you in advance...John M
