Amy Baer explained exactly what was going on and answered questions. I had professionally and thoroughly. A man greeted me as I went into the service bay and was pleasant. People at the refreshment counter were kind pleasant. Great experience overall. I drive from Saint Simons Island for my service appointments, and this attitude and attention to detail makes it worthwhile.
