I drove from your shop to Robinson and all of the same service lights came back on. This, after just paying $3,500.00 to repair. I am extremely frustrated. I brought to a Toyota Dealership as I thought I'd be getting the absolute best of the best and the issue with my car would have been properly diagnosed and repaired.
I am currently recovering from shoulder surgery and not receiving a paycheck so this was a hard hit, and it's not even fixed?!!
I will be contacting the mechanic (Michael) in the morning, as he had left when I called earlier when the codes popped back up.
Currently extremely dissatisfied abd frustrated. Hoping this situation can be remedied appropriately asap. This is my only vehicle and needed very badly!

Painful experience. It took over four hours to complete an inspection, oil change and tire rotation and realized that they charged me for the tire rotation and did not complete the service. On a positive note, Jeff the Service Manager was very helpful, understanding and made it right.

Very pleased with the quality of service on my Toyota RAV4. Inspection +10,000 mile check up Al took place less than an hour and a half.
My issue is not with the service representative per se. It is with the service itself. It took 2.5 hours to do a state inspection. This seems excessive and had I known I would have made arrangements to leave my vehicle and pick it up later.
Brittany Provided me without standing customer service. She answered my questions completely.

If I recall correctly the website says “sell us your vehicle” or something rather. I asked for a quote on the value of my car as I was getting it serviced and was told sales would only give me a quote if I intended to buy a car from you. Why would I buy a car from you if it feels like it’s going to be a game from day one. Otherwise service was fine as usual. Christian was pleasant as well. This is my 2nd Toyota, all purchased through Toyota finance and always serviced at the dealer. Them seems like a miss to me.
Car wasn’t washed when I requested it to be washed. Don’t bother reaching out over this. In the future when you reach out and say if there is anything that they can do while my car is in the shop, follow through on reasonable requests.

I scheduled my inspection and oil change about 2 weeks in advance. I work 5p to 5a. I came to my appointment right after work without sleeping. I also would have to work again later that day. When they finished my car and I ask about the oil change, they forgot to do it. Because I had to work later I was unable to stay. I was also promised a complimentary car wash and they did not do that either. So unfortunately, this was not a good experience for me.
She is very friendly and apologized for a possible delay in service. However, the service was quick after all.
