I was told I would get a multipoint inspection after I initially declined, but it didn’t happen. Also, while your waiting room is comfortable, it would be nice if you would duplicate other Toyota dealerships and Lexus dealerships and have a couple snack bars available. And real milk instead of that cancer-causing stuff in the can

I’m very unsatisfied about my business because it was brought to my technicians (Ed) attention that my traction control light was still on before I left Toyota. The answer I got back from him was that there was nothing they could do except for me to bring it back if the light stays on. I would like to bring my car back in to asses what is going on with the wheel bearing free of the diagnostics charge because this was something the dealership missed and was present when we originally admitted the car in the first place. Thanks

No complaints about customer service representative (Brittney). Service was ok, just tire rotation and regular multipoint inspection. However, glove box was opened when I got into the car (a few hours after the service was completed) and could not be closed. I emtied it completely thinking that someomthing was makybe stuck, but still could not close if. Seemed like it was dismanted during service and not put back in properly. I had to return to the garage and ask the person there to fix it. He punched it a few times and fixed it, so it could close, but something still seems off with it, definitely not like before I brought the car for service.

Everyone is nice and polite. My prime has an occasional vibration noise that they tell is normal but it only happens once in a while so I’m skeptical.. I’m hoping it doesn’t damage my car
