I was disappointed to learn that I had purchased a car inspected by Toyota that had two tires put on backwards. This is my second oil change since the purchase and it wasn’t caught at the previous inspection either. That concerns me in regards to whether I can trust the technicians at Walla Walla Toyota.
The service person didn’t pay attention to the fact that I told him I was at Toyota waiting on my vehicle. He called me on the phone to find out where I was. I was just around the corner from him. Usually your service people are much more more on the ball.
Oscar is and always has been very honest and helpful.
Austin was kind and competent.
Juan Pradopio did an excellent job! He always kept me informed on the status of my RAV4 maintenance. His communication skills were very much appreciated. Not only did my vehicle get a scheduled warranty checkup, it also required some trouble shooting because of an engine warning light coming on. Your parts department had the required replacement part and a technician took care of the repair. Over a 2-day period, Juan kept me up-to-date on what was happening. Thanks Juan!

My only comment is that your pricing is odd. Like I dropped my car off and I saw a price of over $400 but the guy said that is not the correct price. Why not let you know the correct costs when you drop off. Odd
