Each time I get service your people tell me two hours and it has been from over 3 to 4 and a half. Get real or give people progress reports. I appreciate how hard this is to do and I like your people and know they are doing the best they can. This is a systems problem, not a people problem.
I really appreciate that I was also able to do my Auto Butler at the same appointment. While I waited, I enjoyed popcorn and a warm chocolate chip cookie. Thanks for making the time waiting enjoyable. The service was excellent and I would recommend Hampton to anyone .

Y’all said I had warranty on a/c but I had to pay 220.00 for service.
I'm happy with your work but I found those new interim texts with the state of the 90 point inspection pointless and confusing. Curiously, I never did get the text saying my car was ready and the cost.
Excellent attention and rapid service
I had a tire repaired along with my 20K service. It was not repaired, even though the tech said it was. We had to make a new appt. come in and wait again and then we were told there's 4 leaks and cannot be repaired.
We went home. i checked the tire. there were 2 very small leaks. I put those screw repair plugs in them and fixed it myself. I'd rather your tech had patched them.
The service technicians did very good work and were pleasant to deal with.
Facilities very clean. Staff very professional!
