I brought my car in for 15k service as well as asked them to look at the driver side sun shade/visor as it is very difficult to move and cannot easily access it. The person who checked me in assured me they would fix it. When they later called to tell me my car was ready I asked again about the visor and was told “oh I’ll go have them fix it”. I picked up my car 5 hours later and they still didn’t fix it- yet said my car was ready. When I addressed it again they said “oh we can have a technician look now”. Why was my car there 6 hours and still not done?! It didn’t get fixed and I’m very unhappy with my first visit to this Toyota

Rosalina was great. The techs that did my oil change however left trash in my car and a bottle cap under my hood and did not follow instructions not to top off the oil. Also, my message on my window (that I reuse) to not deflate my tires was thrown out. Usually satisfied with services here, but today wasn't the best...except Rosalina:) She's great!

John was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back the same day. The service department had one busy day and I greatly appreciate all who spend time on my car. John stayed at least 45 minutes after closing to make sure I got my car back. It meant a lot for him to make sure I wasn’t carless.
