I appreciate the work that Matt did for my car and that was done in a good amount of time. I would say that I waited about an hour but the wait was well worth it for the fact that the service on my car was well done.

Eric recommended an unnecessary 30,000 mile major service to my wife who agreed to it. Your records clearly show that your service center replaced the entire engine on warranty and did extra service less than 15k miles ago. Instead of taking the time to investigate the history of the car, he simply went off the car’s total mileage. When I was made aware this was happening, I asked my wife to stop the service and insist on a refund. She was given a partial refund. This is the definition of poor customer service - taking advantage of customers who don’t know any better. You will need to do better to keep us as a customer.
