Service for my vehicle and service from Roberto was amazing. Roberto was very friendly and helpful with any questions I needed answered. I also really appreciate the video inspection for the vehicle and real time communication with the team.

Christian does not reply to phone calls nor text messages. For example, I received a text message asking how the service was (after the dealership had my car for a month.). I mentioned that I’m still waiting on an answer about the TDI warranty, that I asked 4-5 times about. Christian told me that it would cost $900 to replace my battery. I tell him, that’s outrageous for a battery, and asked if I could replace it, he said it’ll still cost $500 to program the battery. While explaining my perspective, he hung up on me…. This has been the tone with him every time I asked for an update, since there was a serious lack of follow up.
