Gilbert was great. He handled me as a walk-in customer with a complaint about another dealership that would not honor my car care plan that I obtained when I purchase me my vehicle. Gilbert’s quick research proved that my plan is current and discoverable in the system for Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep to see and honor in the system. If Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep dose not want to honor my car care plan, I will arrange my schedule to drive three hours to Carlsbad for great service. Hopefully, the Mopar Corp. corrects this situation and honors my care plan. Thanks for the great work Mr. Ahumada.
