Brad was very professional, courteous and helpful. In addition, the ladies in the service area that helped me with the loaner car were also polite and friendly. I must say the overall experience was superior to any dealership service department I’ve ever visited.

There is a small scratch on the back gate below the area where they added two screws. It was not there when I brought my car in. I want it touched up. I am very particular about my car. I am disappointed they scratched my new $50k vehicle.

My service experience was great. I've been satisfied with the service each appointment and enjoy the professional service. Tyler was a new face to me and he took great care of me and my car when I came in for routine oil change. I asked and inquired if a couple other concerns could be looked at and done, and he was happy to help and got everything done ??. I'm impressed by his attention and conern of taking care of me and the fast turn around time to get everything done and accomplished. Very impressive. He's a good asset for Frank Leta team. I hope you continue to have good people join your team and staff providing excellent service. I look forward to seeing Tyler and your staff on future visits and thanks for the great service. It's been a pleasure each time.

Tyler was fine, however, I had asked another employee in the drop off area to make sure that our brand new RDX not go through the complimentary car wash, only to find out when I called later to check on the status of the service work that my car was in line to go through the car wash. We've been customers for at least 20 years and this is an ongoing problem.
