Unfortunately, my experience with my car issue hasn't mirrored Travis' excellent communication and customer service. About a month ago, I took my truck in for repairs due to overheating, deceleration, a weird smell and dashboard warning signs.Fortunately, during my kids' spring break, Travis thought the process would only take a few days, but it ended up being an almost two-week ordeal largely due to dealing with the warranty company. Which meant I had to rent a car during that time. Upon getting my car back, the issue resurfaced and I discovered there wasn't any coolant left in the vehicle. After taking it back to Autohouse, I found out that It was now a blown head gasket, literally a day later. Renting a car once more, completing the job took longer than expected because of how expensive the necessary fixes are and dealing with the warranty provider's requirements as they went back and forth. I don't think they realize the stress this puts on someone as they give the run around. The stress is physically,mentally and financially draining. Yesterday evening at five o'clock I picked up my truck once more following recent repairs; however, shortly after picking my children later the next day, we experienced another breakdown due to engine failure which caused our vehicle speed decrease considerably amidst busy highway conditions - an extremely frightening experience for us! When purchasing protection plans I planned to have security and it might might have been advantageous since those additional expenses didn't prove worthwhile given such unfortunate events like this. As a single mother relying solely on myself, I'm completely exhausted and unsure of how to manage getting to work and getting my kids to school while dealing with bills that are still due. Im am completely tapped and exhausted from this experience z The responsibility for this situation lies with either the mechanic or the warranty representatives who looked at my truck.Today had the potential to be catastrophic. My children and I could have been harmed, and this marks the second occasion in which the truck was provided to me with problems. I want to express my gratitude to both Xavier who facilitated involvement of a towing service provider for our stranded vehicle recovery because I'm all out of money, and while extending appreciation towards Travis whose encouraging words helped ease anxiety during this challenging period; I literally called in, while stuck on the side of the freeway in tears. Travis was very concerned and showed Empathy. However the overall rating would fall short from being designated an excellent automotive encounter.

This was our first experience with Auto houses service. To be very direct and honest, we knew it was going to be a good experience since the way the sales department handled us and the purchase of our vehicle what’s his name our service guy I mean Paul Mike on the southside could not have been more informative and professional. A good dude Travis was extremely courteous and highly confident. He’s fast because he repaired

When I purchased my vehicle with Auto House a few years ago, I also purchased extended warranty. Auto House neglected to file that Extended warranty correctly. Which caused me to not have that plan I had signed up for. The first person I spoke with told me I didn’t purchase it and there was no receipt. Long story short. I had it. Auto house then signed me up for a NEW extended warranty without my knowledge. Which this company only allows me to take my vehicle to Auto house. I was advised by 4 other repair shops that I would need a new transmission. Auto house had my vehicle 3-6 times for a week+ since about Sept 2023. Since then. The issue I had originally taken the vehicle in for, still is occurring. And on the last repair. I was told I needed a new Catalytic converter and Fuel Pump. Auto house quoted me $2,100-ish & told me it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. At this time I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere since I’ve had so many headaches dealing with Auto House this far. Before the vehicle was even removed from Auto House. My new mechanic had advised the gentlemen I was dealing with throughout this whole process, Xavier, that if the most recent repair that was done, had a loose bolt or something was not mounted correctly. We would receive the car to have the issues (new issues) it was having. Causing it to misfire. Xavier swore 2-3 people checked it 2-3 different times. At this time the car was not drivable. I had it towed to the new shop. Since Auto House happened to have their tow truck “down”. Within an hour of being check. The new mechanic had found a loose ground. Corrected it and I was able to pick up my vehicle.

My experience has been horrible and it does not seem like anyone there cares. The last comment I left was completely ignored and my car still isn't completely fixed after being at your shop for a total of 13 days.

While very friendly.. there was no communication from the service agent. He never verified my name only a phone number after we asked what number he was going to contact. No name was given at the initial check in. Travis was very polite and offered his assistance if needed in the future but only gave his name when I asked for it. He states he would follow up about our windshield.. we will have to see how that follow up process concluds. Also, I received no communication about our service and its process until we showed up after the promised time.
