You would not believe my experience today and in my 39 years of owning a vehicle, it is the single worst car service experience ever. The woman overseeing my service couldn't be nicer but everything that could go wrong did! First after a two hour oil change (which I expected) I go to drive away thinking the safety inspection I asked for and paid for was done. Nope! They never did it. Then, instead of prioritizing my inspection, I wait almost an hour and the tech comes back with a failed car. The software update I didn't even come in for was done and caused my vehicle to fail. I now have a rejected car that I bought there two years ago next week with 26k miles. I reached out to a Honda expert tonight and they said it may take several drive cycles for the PCM to reset. Why did the dealership do the inspection after the software? Now my car is out of safety compliance and they should have been aware of this potential

I made an appointment online, and I put the note regarding use the coupon. At the time the Advisor came to check me in , I mentioned that coupon again . At the end I got the surprise! The bill was way more than I expected. During making appointments it says around $72 and coupon says around $59. As a customer this is not a good customer service. It would be prefer to know the invoice before get the service done! She tried to make the total less but still I paid 80.55! I asked for manager, no one was in! I don’t know how come the person in charge didn’t even get involved!
