I had asked for a loaner and didn’t get one. I then had to wait about 35 minutes to get picked up to get back to the garage. I’m never got notified that my car was done and finally got a notification as the shuttle picked me up. I tried calling to see if the car was done about 21/2 hours after it was taken in and no one answered the phone. I finally got the notification 31/2 hours after the car was taken in. I would say the customer service was extremely poor today. The sheet said the service technician went over it and he did not do that. The girl at the checkout desk did some but there were 5 people behind me. I was a very bad experience today and has me questioning if I ever want to buy a car there again.
Was told that I needed the head gasket changed for $6000.00 Took my vehicle to another shop and they said there was a little corrosion in one area but wasn’t even damp. Last time I will ever have any thing done with you!
The service advisor was good. I waited for 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change and several other people did as well. I believe the wait was to long.
I was told the service would take around an hour. At two hours I inquired regarding status and was told they were working on it and it would be another half hour due to the 80,000 check. I would have allowed for this had I know and live an hour away which caused me to miss another engagement. With online texts available at least a status report would have alerted me. I have gone to Wilson exclusively since purchasing my vehicle but will most likely use local providers in the future.
My appointment was scheduled for 10:00. It appeared that when I arrived there was already a long line of vehicles ahead of my vehicle. My vehicle’s oil change and tire rotation was not completed until 12:10. While I know things sometimes happen, it would have been nice to have received an update if there was going to be a long wait.
I have a new vehicle on order and waiting for it to be delivered

Spoke with Jenna about situation and she made it work for us. It was 3 hours for oil change, which was surprising. Looks like a lot of turnover in Service advisors, not like it used to be with Jason and Dan Short being there for long time. Jenna is great
