I was trying to pay my invoice today as my car was being towed back to my my house. The online payment system would not allow me to pay because somebody had inputted the wrong phone number and email address. I attempted to contact the dealership and was disconnected three times and transferred in excess of four times to various people who cannot help me out. Finally, the situation was resolved in the invoice I received Via bill pay was not the same amount as the invoice. I was emailed earlier in the day. The difference was in excess of $600. I had to contact the service rep again to get this straightened out. Apologize for any typos, but I am too disgusted to even discuss this further and check my grammar. I would not recommend the dealership.
