A servic associate Sebastian was very professional and helpful and rienfly I asked a few questions and he answered them and made me feel very comfortable about the service he would provide. He explained I what I would need everything done to my satisfaction my car was washed and driver's side vacuumed

Walied is the main reason I was happy with the appointment. Your phone system is horrendous. You try to make an appointment you get transferred three times to different locations. You try to call and find out if your car is ready and the same thing happens. Whoever answered my phone from that location kept hanging up on me. After all that aggravation, I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive Walied was. He explained everything to me and kept me up-to-date once I was actually in the dealership and they were working on my car. He is the main reason I would consider staying there and possibly trading my car in. He Is a credit to that dealership.

Ur to exspensive but you are very nice just too expensive it's it's a warranty it should be dealt with as a warranty try to cut Corners to make money anyway you can but again you were very nice thank you for your time I probably will be taking the car elsewhere to get things done

Completely satisfied with service but the power train issue has not been solved yet. Dealership is in contact with KIA about my problem. They get back to me when informed of a solution.

Had to argue about the issues with my vehicle.car burning oil telling me it’s normal when they know it’s not. Told me nothing wrong with my steering wheel when they finally had another mechanic look at it then decided I need a new part and to bring back another time . Can’t guarantee me a loaner car.
