I'm in the habit of checking under the hood after having a vehicle serviced. I found the dipstick was not fully inserted. It was nothing major, just a minor oversight.

The aluminum undercarriage that is removed for an oil change lost fasteners as I was driving to Sioux Falls and was dragging on the pavement. This is the second time this has happened.

Had new tires put on, left town and the car wobbled so badly we had to take it back to the dealership. Appointment was at 9 am and didn’t leave until 2:45. Sat there the whole day, was never asked if we needed anything. Employees of the dealership didn’t say one word to us. Very unprofessional place of business.
