I was dissatisfied with my service. The technician who worked on. Y vehicle failed to check if another light bulb for my break light was needed. I had to call to complain and make another trip to the dealership. I feel the technician should be talked to. I never had a problem before. I bought my 2014 ford edge there.
Just curious why it took 15 minutes from the time I signed for my car until it was driven out to me.

Some items from my vehicle were taken. Spoke with the representative and no resolution has been taken. Also the AC converter was not repaired and they changed Element for the work that was not completed. Since it’s a company vehicle l don’t have the opportunity to send it back to get it repaired. I’m very disappointed in taking this vehicle to get service at this location.
I brought my vehicle in for the same issue it had before. Crystal was the service agent for the first instance and therefore automatically was given the same vehicle case back. Because it was a reoccurring issue, we were told at check-in that diagnostics would be run, and evaluation provided, and a plan outlined. I only received one voice mail from Crystal to say the vehicle was ready for pick-up and that a latch part had been replaced. This was the same action taken the first time, which did not solve the issue (hence coming back in). I called back asking for further explanation, texted the number provided based on her voice mail message, and called the service center an additional three times over the following two days to understand what was found, what was done, and why. I never received a return call so physically went to the service center to discuss and pick up the vehicle. Crystal and the team’s lack of communication on the steps needed and being taken led to a frustrating experience.
She was very helpful with all my questions. She was very polite on the phone.

Richard answered all my questions about the service. He kept me posted on the time frame and completion. It was the most pleasant, efficient, and the fastest service I’ve ever received there.
I am sorry to say this was one of the worst service experiences I have had at Norm Reeves.
