Why lied to your customer about texting them four times when I received not even one texts from you. I was there in the lobby waiting for over 2 hours and went to asked what’s the status of my car. You still lying that you texts me. I had to wait another 45 minutes. You said it will take 1 hour or 1 hour and half to just do oil change only. You lose credibility and trust with me and you’re a manager? Every time I walked to your counter, you’re always on your cellphone. I gave you another number after the payment was made and now I received all texts. As a manager, you shows a bad reputation as an individual. I come here all the times for all my cars. Never had this kind of experience before with other representatives. They come look for you when you tell them, I will be in the lobby waiting. They should be the manager for doing their jobs.

I can't afford labor at dealerships and always why I don't take them for repairs. I really believe that the markup on what you made for my key was astronomical. The only advantage is it is the quick way to get something fixed as mom and pop places are less since Covid. AND I know keys have to be done at dealerships. I do like my car. Sorry but the truth. And the way sales are done I really feel that there are lies. The $5,000 added on for cars was criminal just because you could. I was lucky that I got a rare deal. The car I got had to be off the lot and was the only way I didn't pay the $5,000 anti theft, ect I feel my car was from God. I canceled a car that was not an SE and got an upgrade without the $5,000 for the one I canceled
