I've tried getting a hold of John Yarber to assist me with getting me an estimate for repairs that include prices, but he has not returned any of my calls or texts. I understand there was a move, but from what I was told today, the service Dept has been back in operation since Monday. I would like for him NOT to call me anynore. I'm sure he doesn't want to call me either, for whatever reason. I'd like to please have another service rep assist me with my simple request.
