I wish I could get a technical explanation how that steel bar which allegedly holds the non-functioning radar could caused the trouble when the bar was not bended or deformed?

The service job and follow up was great as usual but I believe you need to add a 2nd courtesy shuttle on Saturdays. The wait time to return back to the dealership to recover my vehicle was several hours.
