Service was fine. I was a bit bewildered that there was no wash this round as it was apologized that the service was down upon my last visit. My auto had been in airport parking for a while and I was a bit hopeful :(

Purchased my car Thursday night 9/12/19 and it had little dry specks of glue all over the hood. Sales manager said to bring the car in for a full detail. I brought my car in and the service department kept it from 9am to 4pm and when I went back to pick up the car I noticed scratches on the back of my car and the dried glue was still on my hood along with new scratches. Service rep Carlos Adame was so clueless and nonchalant about the situation. I left very upset and was told to bring the car back on Monday after I complained to the sales manager. They took off the the plastic from my screen in the car without my permission. I regret ever dealing with the service department. Hopefully they can fix this. Wasted time is worse than wasted money.

The service rep that took my info , I forget his name was very incompetent !! He told me it would take 1-1.5 hours ? It took 2.5 hours for a 20 minute service ?? I would have been their longer unless it was me who asked why my car has not been moved front eh same spot ?!!! There were two girls there driving the cars to the waiting area -it was one of them that took action to get my car seen !’ She was a sweetheart !!
