I’m not satisfied with the service of my car. I was told that they would call me around 11 to update me what’s going on with it. It was already 1230 and Instead I had to call to see what’s up with my car. I texted twice to see what’s up with my car and no response. Another thing is my A/C. I had my compressor replaced and not even a year ago and now I come in for my next oil change and now the condenser is the problem. I paid a good amount of money to get my AC fixed. Condenser and the compressor does one thing is to blow cool air using my AC. It’s very upsetting.

Honda should redesign the rear hatch door because it does not go up high enough making it difficult to put things in the back and also causing us to hit our head on it constantly. Other minivans have rear hatches that go up much higher.

I am very disappointed with how much time this 2020 Explorer has been in for service issues. It's been there for over 7 weeks and many time prior with electrical issues. I will say, Mike has been awesome in handling all the recent issues. Just now waiting for Ford to buy back this lemon so I can start over... Mike is one of the reasons we will continue to come back to Ford. The other is my salesman Saleem. They always take the best care of us with all our Fords.
