I do believe my simple checking of tire pressure was forgotten. Then after I inquired after 40 minutes (and my car hadn’t moved from where I parked it) I was given a song and dance that the tire was taken off and submerged in water to check for a nail. Not true, as the tire and rim were bone dry...clearly the lug nuts weren’t touched After having been there nearly and hour. I would have much preferred an honest explanation rather than an over board explanation that so much service was performed. Having bought my last 3 BMWs at Fields I was used to their great service. I’ve only owned this Audi since April, I’m hopeful subsequent visits are better served. Thanks for allowing me to share this feedback.
