It felt as I was not being kept up to date as the progress of my vehicle, that I needed to continue to communicate when I could get a service loaner. I left messages that were never returned.

Everyone was very polite however the main reason I brought the vehicle in (“please replace two seat belts in back that the puppy chewed”) was not addressed. Unfortunately I did not check before I left the dealership so now I have to bring the car back (in a week and a half). Quite the inconvenience and no accommodation was made to get an appointment earlier.

Bad service, I came in for a Key programming and Car wash. I was told initially that it will take 35 min for the programming and half hour for the wash so total of 1 hour.
I waited for more than 2 hours (no communication yet) before I walked up to Adrian who told me that the car would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited for another half hour but nothing and no one came to tell me anything. Finally I went to look for Adrian again as I needed to get get back home now..its had been more than 2.5 hours already..
I asked for the car ..only the programming had been done, the car was not even washed in 2.5 hours.
I really wish you guys learn to communicate and be respectful of others time. I was very annoyed and unhappy with the service level of Audi Morton Grove.

I had Audi Care with you guy, and I wasn’t even informed that I had Audi Care. When I brought my car about a few weeks ago, around that time my car mileage was 44,500. The people were supposed to check if my car is up to date. For example my brakes weared out and I was supposed to get s tune up before I hit my 45,000 miles, yet I didn’t get one. They didn’t change my brakes nor do my tune up, because they wanted money. A couple of weeks later, when I took my car they said to me “your brakes are not working, you need to pay $2000” the brakes were so weared out, my sensor was the same thing. So for such a long time my brakes were damaged, that I should’ve gotten my brakes changed by Audi Care payment when my car 45,000 miles under. And after I got to the point where my mileage was done, they told me to change my brakes.I’m very disappointed with this! I had brought 3 cars, in three months from Audi. Is this what I should expect all the time when I come? I wish I hadn’t bought these cars from these dealerships. I’m very unsatisfied with your work right now.
