I was mostly satisfied Jawad did a good job.
It took too long to obtain a loaner.
I had to request for all 4 mats to be washed and floor vacuumed rather than already being done. The driver side mat did not appear to be fully washed the first time.
Water bottles also ran out mid-way through my wait.
Overall good but the loaner wait and mats were the main minuses.

Daniel was excellent but I feel I was misled by the finance department when I exchanged the care and Audi care wasn't included so I had to pay again. Will definitely reconsider buying the vehicle or re-leasing again.

Customer service has been good, the only thing that’s keeping it from being great is that I was told after purchasing my vehicle to contact the dealership back whenever I was ready to setup my Audi Connect. I have sent a couple of emails to the person that sold me the car but unfortunately he’s not responding.
Hopefully I’ll get a response soon.
