Took two appts. to get service completed. Was told 25 minute for recall and then oil change for approx. 1 he. Got there to be told it would be 2 1/2 hours???? Had to make another appt to have recall completed and that took 2x as long as told! Really beyond inconvenient when you live 2 1/2 hours from garage! Just felt like ????!

Jacky was polite and professional while educating me on the malfunctions of my 2013 VW CC. He took into consideration the possible time needed first to diagnose my cars electrical issues and then the extent of time for possible repairs needed. He was so respectful of my commute from Belfast, not wanting me to sit all day should I choose to proceed with repairs and he was also respectful and patient with me while explaining the extent of repairs needed. Mr Dow relayed what is mechanic advised...that the wind noise that is bothering us is normal. However, that is not the result is was hoping for. It wasn't like it is now as when the vehicle was new. Why was I not asked to take a road trip to point out the noise? I'm not coming back.
