Great service, if I go to the VW service desk to make the appointment, if I call and make the appointment at the service center it is a complete horror show, can’t explain the issue because the person answering the phone doesn’t know anything, Drove for Right Way for about 6 years, every time we used the appointment center it was a crap shoot as to whether the appointment had been made or not. As good as your service is the appointment center is a total blackmark in the opposite direction.

I arrived at 1:45pm for a 2pm appointment which was for a tire change (Summer to Winter) and an oil change. These were to take 30-60 minutes. My car was returned at 4pm. Basically, maintenance was running an hour late. This was outside of Jacky’s control.

My only criticism is that when I called yesterday, I told the receptionist that I would need a loaner. I was surprised when she said I could come in this morning. When I arrived, James told me there was nothing on the order about a loaner. Fortunately it didn’t take that long. I guess she misunderstood when indicated I would need a loaner. I chose Audi Lakeland because I felt I could get better, faster service than Orlando South, which is about half the distance. So far, I’m pleased. Hopefully that will continue.

I have to say, this has been one of the best car buying experienced I had. Everyone involved with the purchase had my best interest at heart. The other thing i’d like to mention is i enjoyed the no pressure sales approach while i was looking at the different vehicles. The finance experience was also great, Your customer service is second none, I have to say i really enjoyed my time at the dealership. My oldest son was with me he mentioned how professional and friendly everyone was.
